Q: How often am I allowed to use my Kids Club Card?

Answer: The easy answer is - as often as you like. Our restaurant partners have agreed to accept the Kids Club Card everyday of every week of every year. So if it's Monday and you want to go to TGIFridays for lunch with your kids - then use your card. If you want take them out to dinner that same night at Buffalo Wild Wings then use your card.This deal is not advertised in the restaurant. The deal is only good for Kids Club Card holders- but you can tell your friends :-)

Q: How many free kids meals do I get on each Kids Club Card?

Answer: 2,184 free kids meals. Really. Not including the fourth meal of the day. Your Kids Club Card is good for one free kids meal per adult meal purchased. Limit two free kids meals per card per visit. So how many kids meals you actually get is entirely up to you. It depends on how often you go out to eat with your kids. But if you took two kids out to eat 3 times a day for one year - You would get 2,184 or $10,920 in free kids meals! (that's kind of like a part time job)

Q: How can the restaurants do this?

Answer: The restaurants want your business. They would LOVE for you to come in as often as you like. They are hoping to show you how great they all are (we have some AWESOME restaurants) so that you will establish some dining habits with them and come in more often than before. You should try some new things out since you are saving money - get a great dessert, try a new entree or bring some friends (just make sure they've purchased their own Kids Club Card.

Q: When will I receive my card?

Answer: You card arrives personalized with your name, expiration date and unique cardholder membership number. After it is personalized it is mailed via snail mail from Elkhart, Indiana. Please allow us a couple days to make sure your order is full-filled perfectly then we will send it along with our postman Jim. (He's also kinda great).

Q: What if my card is lost or stolen?

Answer: If for some reason your card is lost or stolen just give us a call at 574-400-KIDS. We have your card number on file and can issue you a duplicate card. If you find your card after it has been replaced just dispose of it. Your new card will be identical and the cards could not be used in conjunction with each other anyway.

Q: I purchased a trial card from a daily deal site. How do I redeem my purchase?

Answer: From time to we put a trial offer through daily deal sites like Groupon. This deal enables you to purchase a 30 day trial card for $5 off. The site you purchased the card from will issue you a coupon code or sometimes called a gift certificate number or ID. Once you have this unique code, go to www.thekidsclubcard.com and click get your card. Select the $10 30 day trial card and proceed to the checkout. Enter your coupon code issued by the daily deal site the space labeled coupon code and then click apply. Your order total is now $0.00 (since you've already paid) Since your total is $0 there is no credit card needed. As always with The Kids Club Card shipping is free!
